office, a blue and white house is located right off University Blvd W. on Nettie Road. It is the second building
on the right. Notice the blue and white sign in the yard. ~About the office:
I share my office building with other counseling professionals. I want my clients to feel that my office is a place in which they feel comfortable, at ease, and private.
Over time the space ought to
become familiar, predictable, and constant.
~My Availability:
-I schedule appointments for weekday
afternoons and evenings.
-I return calls Monday through Thursday in the afternoon and evening, and Friday afternoon.
Be assured that I respond to calls as promptly as possible.
-I am regrettably not able to respond to emergencies.

~How to get started:
1) A person initiates
by calling my practice.
2) We speak by phone and briefly discuss their reason for seeking counseling. I may ask
for a little background, and some basic identifying information (such as address, phone number, date of birth, etc). If they
have any questions about me as a counselor or about my practice I will answer those. This is an important conversation; we
are getting a sense of whether we are a good counselor-client match. It is a good sign when a person feels comfortable talking
with me, along with their having the sense that I am competent to be of service to them.
3) We agree on the fee(s)
and such.
4) If a person plans to use insurance, we discuss the process necessary for them to submit
the claims themselves.
5) When we are agreed, we schedule an appointment.
